All prices for products listed on this website are in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST and any other sales tax. Please note that we reserve the right to alter the prices at any time for any reason.

Some goods may not be on show or available at the store all the time. Our customer support will inform you when the product is out of stock or not available and you have the right to cancel or change the order.

We may, from time to time, add or remove information, products or services from this website without notice.

Store Policies


All payments, except Lay-by, must be made in full within 5 days after placing order
Please use the auction number or your Trade Me username as a referene when making a deposit, or let us know by email or phone so we can identify your deposit quickly.

A 10% non-refundable deposit of the total price is required. Payment must be paid in full within 12 weeks from the date of the purchase, unless arrangement made otherwise.


We use Credit Capable as our finance company for hire purchase. Fast and easy.


Customers are welcome to pick up their items from our warehouse in Upper Hutt, or we can arrange delivery on your behalf. You are also welcome to arrange your own shipping. We use Hutt Mover for local deliveries.


All products have minimum 1 year warranty against manufacturers’ defects, unless specified otherwise.

Refund Policy:

For faulty products, we can replace the goods or provide refund. For a full refund, the goods must be returned in a re-saleable state as received by the purchaser or it’s due to the manufacturers’ defects.
We will not provide refund you if you simply change your mind.

Any damages caused by the misusing or other accident are not under the refund policy.

The delivery fee is non refundable.
